Visa applications from Ghana, done properly the first time.
UK, USA, Schengen, Canada, UAE and more, for visit, business, student, medical, family and transit travel. We build your file document by document, book the appointment at VFS, TLS or the embassy, and prepare you for the interview. If you have been refused before, we read the letter with you and plan the reapplication properly.
A complete, truthful file, presented the way officers read it.
A visa application from Ghana is a small mountain of detail: the right form, the right visa category, a bank statement that tells a coherent story, an itinerary that matches the dates on the reservation, an appointment that is hard to find, and an interview where one vague answer can undo months of saving. Most refusals we see were not about the person; they were about the file. We are the Ghana Travel & Tour team in Kasoa Opeikuma, and our job is to sit with you, check every document against what that particular embassy asks for, and present your real situation as clearly and strongly as it can be presented.
Every part of the application, handled with you, not for you.
Country-specific checklist
The UK, the US Embassy, a Schengen consulate and the UAE all ask for different things. We send you a checklist for your destination and visa type, then tick it off with you so nothing is missing or out of date on appointment day.
Cover letter that explains you
A good cover letter states the purpose, the dates, who pays, where you will stay and why you will come home. We draft it with you in plain English from the facts of your life, not from a template that officers have read a thousand times.
Bank statement and funds review
We read your statements the way an officer will: regular income, a sensible balance for the trip, and no unexplained lump sums the week before you apply. If something needs a supporting letter or an explanation, we tell you before it becomes a refusal reason.
Appointment booking
We complete the online application with you and secure the biometric or interview slot at VFS, TLS or the embassy, watching for cancellations when the calendar is full. You get the date, the address and a list of what to carry.
Interview preparation
For the US Embassy in Accra and any other interview, we run through the questions you are likely to face, tidy up answers that contradict the file, and practise until you can explain your trip calmly in your own words.
Refusal review and reapplication
A refusal letter tells you exactly what went wrong if you know how to read it. We go through it line by line, decide whether an appeal or a fresh application makes sense, and fix the cause rather than resubmitting the same file. See why visas get refused.
From first message to appointment day, in four steps.
Honest assessment
You tell us the destination, the purpose, who is paying, your work or study situation and any past refusals. We reply with a frank view of your case and a written quote for our service.
Checklist and review
You receive a checklist for your country and visa type. We review each document as it arrives, draft the cover letter with you, and flag gaps such as an expiring passport or a thin bank history.
Application and appointment
We complete the online form together, pay the official fee through the proper channel, book the VFS, TLS or embassy appointment and arrange the flight reservation, hotel confirmation and travel insurance the file needs.
Appointment day and after
You go in prepared, with a folder in the right order and answers you are comfortable with. We follow the tracking with you and, if the answer is no, we read the letter together and plan the next step.
On timing: processing times are set by each embassy and change with the season, so we never quote them as promises. Start as early as you can, especially before June to August and December, when appointment calendars in Accra fill fastest. The passport you apply with must be valid well beyond your return date; if it is not, our passport service comes first.
What the refusal letter says, and what we do about it.
Almost every refusal from Ghana falls into one of six patterns. Knowing them before you apply is the difference between a strong file and a second attempt.
| Refusal reason | What the officer is looking for | How we prepare it |
|---|---|---|
| Weak ties to Ghana | Evidence that you have reasons to come back: a job, a business, family, property, studies in progress. | We gather employment or business documents, family and property evidence, and write the cover letter around your real reasons to return. |
| Unclear purpose of travel | A specific, believable plan: where, when, why, with whom, and how it fits your life. | We build a day-by-day itinerary, match it to the reservation and hotel dates, and make the invitation, if any, say the same thing. |
| Unexplained funds | Money that is truly yours or your sponsor's, with a history, not a deposit made last week. | We review statements early, explain any large credits with documents, and present a sponsor properly when someone else is paying. |
| Inconsistent documents | The same name, dates, employer and addresses across the form, the letters and the bank records. | We cross-check every page against the form before submission, because one mismatched date reads as dishonesty even when it is a typo. |
| Poor interview | Answers that match the file, given calmly, without memorised speeches or contradictions. | We rehearse the likely questions with you and correct answers that undermine the written application. |
| Wrong visa category | The category that fits the actual purpose: a business meeting is not tourism, a short course is not always a visit. | We confirm the category with you at the assessment stage, before a single form is filled in. |
Where Ghanaians apply most often.
Each destination has its own process, from an online form and biometrics at a visa centre to a face-to-face interview at the embassy. Tap a flag for the guide, then send us your details.
We also handle applications for China, India, Japan, Qatar and Australia. For Schengen, we help you work out which embassy must receive your application based on your main destination or first point of entry.
Six kinds of trip, six different files.
The category you choose shapes every document in the application. Pick the one that matches your real purpose and we build the file around it.
Tourist and visitor visas
Holidays, seeing friends, weddings and events abroad. The file rests on purpose, funds and your ties to Ghana.
Business visas
Meetings, conferences, trade fairs and supplier visits. Needs an invitation from the host and a letter from your employer or company.
Student visas
Admission letter, tuition and living-cost evidence, and a clear study plan. Timelines are tight around September intakes.
Medical treatment visas
A letter from the treating hospital abroad, a referral from your doctor in Ghana and proof of how the treatment is paid for.
Family visit visas
Visiting a child, spouse or parent abroad. Built around the relationship evidence and the sponsor's status and finances.
Transit visas
Passing through a country on the way somewhere else. Often overlooked, and a reason people are turned away at check-in.
Visas into Ghana, briefly

ECOWAS travel
Citizens of ECOWAS member states enter Ghana without a visa. What you still need to carry.
What we cannot promise, and will not do. The decision on your visa is made by the embassy or consulate alone. Nobody in Ghana or anywhere else can guarantee an approval, and you should walk away from anyone who says they can, however confident they sound. We do not produce false documents, fake bank statements, invented employers or borrowed invitation letters, and we will decline a case that depends on them, because a fabricated file risks a long ban as well as a refusal. Our job is to present a true profile as strongly and clearly as possible, and to tell you plainly when the timing is wrong.
Tell us about the trip and about you.
Send the destination, the visa type and a few facts about how the trip is funded. We reply with an honest view of your case, a list of what we will need from you and a written quote for our service.
